1. Our Commitment
S.I.S Multipurpose Ventures wants every customer to be satisfied with the fabric they receive. Because textiles are cut and reserved specifically for each order, we ask customers to review this policy before checking out.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds or exchanges may be requested within 3 days of receiving your order if:
- The fabric delivered is materially different from what was ordered (wrong design, colour, or type).
- The item arrives damaged, stained, or with a manufacturing defect.
- The quantity delivered is short of what was paid for.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after the fabric has been cut to the customer's specification.
- Fabric that has already been washed, altered, or sewn.
- Minor variations in shade due to screen display differences, which are common with dyed textiles.
- Delays caused by the customer providing an incorrect delivery address or being unreachable.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order reference number, a description of the issue, and photos of the fabric received. Send your request to:

5. Processing
Once a claim is approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or a refund to your original Flutterwave payment method. Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.
6. Return Shipping
If a return is required, the customer is responsible for returning the item to our stall at Kwari Market, Fagge, Kano, unless the error was ours — in which case we will arrange and cover return costs.
